I'm very impressed with the communication & super quick delivery, my dehydrator was very well packaged in a box within a wooden carton. I purchased the BioChef Commercial 20 Tray Digital Food Dehydrator & I'm very happy with it. I love how it is super quiet, It dehydrates quite evenly on the trays & the ability to use just the top or bottom half if you don't need to use all 20 trays is so useful.
