Have only made 1 purchase and that went well from the handling. I like that they support stuff for wellbeing. Unfortunately I am not completely happy with the product. A juicer that always has lots of pulp in the juice is not fit for purpose. Having to filter all the juice all the time is bad. Good luck it has other good features but that is not what I bought it for.
