I love my dehydrator, definitely great with the square trays and extra sheets added so I can do fruit wraps and dry herbs that would fall normally fall through the gaps. It's also much quieter than the sunbeam dehydrator I had, and glad to be without the noise! My only disappointment is the temperature minimum is 35 degrees, and I have seen many recommendations for drying herbs at 30 degrees, though its said that 35 is also okay. Overall, great product, prompt delivery and I would definitely recommend the product and Vitality.
