My daughter recently sent as a gift, a Zen 'Brighton' Low EMF Infrared Sauna ZIV015 - Natural. I had never even thought of buying a sauna! The unit arrived very well packaged, all 129kgs! After unpacking I assembled the unit, which was very straightforward, with all components fitting together very well. Managed to make a space in the garage as the unit's footprint is amazingly small. Then came the test! I first checked good old Google for some guidelines and my daughter sent me a link to a very interesting podcast! Now an expert 😁 on the benefits of an infrared sauna and armed with a large glass of water, I stepped into the sauna for the first time in my life. Very impressive. The heat-up is very quick. I set the temperature at 52°C for 50 mins with a start temp of about 20°C. The unit attained set temp of 52° in about 25mins. I have never sweated so much in my entire life!! Then came the cool shower and I really felt good 😊. I try and use it every night where possible. I have found sitting on a towel and placing one on the floor helps as you may be surprised how much you will sweat. I love this sauna and would highly recommend this to anyone for improved health benefits all around. Ps. My son and daughter-in-law have tried it and they will probably get one down the track too.
