Extremely slow shipping - took over a week to be dispatched, and when I sent an email to follow up, no response received. I was only able to get an update & help find this missing parcel when I called the parcel.
Even when the item was dispatched, the shipping took over a week with NZ couriers and took 3 follow ups with nz couriers as well. Please change your shipping partner to nz post.
