Very happy with the service from vitality for life, i purchased a biochef whole slow juicer and wasn't entirely happy cause of the amount of pulp. They made it easy to return it and even organised paid courier. I then purchased oscar neo 1000 and I'm much happier with quality of juicer, it's just a bit slow.
