I purchased a Biochef juicer from VL which performed poorly. It was totally useless at juicing celery & all vegetables pulp was left very wet. I returned the juicer to VL & the courier track & trace confirms it was received by them on 30th April 2024. I have contacted them by phone twice, once speaking to a person & once leaving a message to which there was no reply. The 0800 number is seldom answered & is based in Australia, there is no other number to contact their Auckland store. As at today 23rd May 2024, I have still not received the refund owed. Be warned do not deal with VL, their product performs poorly & that aftersales service the worst I have encountered.
