Vitality 4 Life provided excellent customer service when it was apparent my gift with purchase was missing from the package (they promptly sent it); and when the machine had a fault, they were extremely quick to provide a replacement machine (the next day) as well as collect the old one. Very happy with the online quick chat feature as well.
