I have received my dehydrator however it doesn't work. It took a few calls to get in touch with someone, first call and no one rang me back. Second call a very happy lady helped me to get the dehydrator returned and is organising another one (at the time of the call that will take 6 weeks) to me. I am hoping that the next dehydrator I receive works!
