I find the Biochef Axis good to use. What would have been helpful was more instructions. During my first usage I ended up wiith the machine clogging up, Having a comprehensive You Tube video with the do's and don'ts of what order you put the produce in would be great. I also find cleaning the fine strainer quite hard to do even when using the brush. Other than that it works very well.
