I received my juicer really quickly, I think it came the day after I ordered it. I have used it about five times and I am very impressed with the quality of the unit, all the parts are well-made and sturdy. In operation, it's relatively quiet and produced fantastic juice plus I can see the pulp is very dry which was an issue that alot of people raised with some of the competitors. It's easy to dismantle and clean and takes a few minutes to hand wash. I have not tried it in the dishwasher as yet. One of the things I particularly like is its small footprint so it sits on the worktop and doesn't take much space. I also like the fact spares are available as I hate buying expensive equipment that you cannot get spares for if needed.
