Their customer service is fantastic. I have a top of the range juicer from them which I love and unfortunately after using it every day virtually for four years something affected it and it stopped spinning. They told me to send it back, they sent me the label for parcel, then sent me a refurbished replacement which is as good as new.
I have ordered a few items from Vitality over the years for friends and family and Tracy is incredibly helpful and makes the process so easy. Brilliant company, fantastic products, great value.
