My vibroslim came defective, with something like a nail lose within. Vitality 4 Life has the best customer service. They were understanding of my particular situation and took care of everything for me free of charge. As soon as they receive this one, they will send a replacement. I am very grateful to them and excited for arrival of the new one. Thank you Vitality 4 Life! I recommend them 100%
