the product is very well made and everything my wife has hoped it would be , however delivery was another thing you state it is delivered to your doorstep, well it came on a sprinter van doubled up[two high] the case had to be taken apart on the van and removed piece by piece if it had been raining it would have been sent back have you not heard of tail lift and pallet truck this was to me just cost cutting other people who have seen the reformer will not now buy because of the way it was delivered,
