Well the Bio Chef Airfryer oven is very good and it would be great for a single person that enjoys basic cooking or meals it is also great for small families with children a quick pop in with a fish fingers and chips would be a doddle however I am cook/chef and cook french cuisine and unfortunately the Biochef is not suitable for that type of cooking as the food becomes too dry. I use the Biochef for my basic everyday meals which it is most suitable for. I look upon the Biochef being great for pub type meals but not for restaurant meals. Hope this helps
