Purchased a Treadmill. Each time I used it the whole WiFi went off. This was impractical as I wanted to watch YouTube videos for an exercise programme plus my husband wanted to be able to use his mobile phone. After 5 days of trying different techniques to try and stop this nothing worked so I contacted Vitality to arrange a return under the 30-day money-back guarantee. Be aware to read the full return details as free returns do not include large items unless faulty. You could argue mine is faulty but still, they are refusing to pay the return cost. Not very customer friendly. I will never use or recommend this company.
