I returned a product on the 30.11.23 as it was a present but they already had one. However, a month later and I have not yet received a refund or any form of email/confirmation. I have emailed countless times, with no response and keep ringing with no answer and being told the answer machine is full.
I am £74 out of pocket so have not been able to buy my husband another birthday present in replacement which is very disappointing.
