We what went wrong was that I have returned a blender to you as unstuitable but you have failed to respond with a refund. I have tried on a number of occasions to contact you via phone and email to your support department and have not received a reply.
I am so disappointed in the service and I wonder where the 4.2 rating actually came from as you don't live up to your promise that customer service is a priority to you.
