Fantastic company!! The juicers they sell and the service they offer. I bought my first juicer from them in 2006, the Oscar 900. It served me faultlessly until a short while ago when it just died. I spoke with Tracy and she told me to send it in and they would look at it and hopefully fix it. I explained I juice every day so please deal with it as quickly as possible. Two days later she advised me that they could not fix it and that they would replace it or if I wanted to upgrade to another they would make an allowance on the cost. Hows that, no quibbling, the best service anyone could ask for. I chose the Oscar Neo and I'm thrilled with it. Teach was exceptionally helpful.
