I purchased a Demo juicer and when it arrived the box and product was in perfect condition (Customer services had explained that all parts had been repair with the exception on the motor which is covered by a lifetime guarantee). I use the juicer daily, it juices hard and soft fruit/veg really well. The cleaning brush is really useful. Stringy veg e.g. celery and ginger can clogg the waste extractor port but it's really easy to clean. The video on the website doesn't show the strainer which is included being used, I always use it as I don't like any bits in my juice no matter how minimal. I have yet to try the other attachments but I'm looking forward to making my own nut butters and sorbets. I've recommended the juicer to friends and family.
