I am very impressed with Vitality4life, having sent back my old Oscar 900 juicer because the motor was not working I was telephoned within days to say it was not repairable and within days was sent an updated version Oscar 1000 for no cost, under the 20 year guarantee. It is a brilliant machine and the service was incredible, so quick and done with no fuss. Obviously an excellent company to deal with.
