Hello,
I have written with questions on two occasions, one before purchase and one after. Before purchase, I asked a question directly from 'contact' on you website...no answer. After purchase, I replied with a question to my email acknowledging my purchase...also, no answer. Neither, have I got an indication that my order has been shipping or tracking number from my purchase a week ago. If there were more choices out there that ship to Canada, I would have purchased there.
