I have had the best experience with Vitality 4 Life - I had ordered a strainer and auger for my Oscar Neo. Unfortunately, they didn't fit into my Neo drum due to a slight change in the measurements. I got in touch to see what could be done about it. Imagine my surprise when they offered to send me a NEW drum FOC. This doesn't happen everyday!!! I received the new drum a couple of days later. So happy to have my Oscar working again.
