Customer service is awful with ridiculous wait times that prevent you accessing care. No option to ask for a callback which would at least save you having to sit and listen to the same loop of muzak until it breaks your will and you give up.
Any company that actually gave two hoots about their customers beyond gobbling their money would employ enough staff to provide a service.
