The website is great, the buying is easy, the product shows as being in stock ........., but you are not notified that the product is ex USA and there are shipping delays until after purchase. 4 weeks later and still no sign of the order.
Appreciate that shipping is a worldwide problem so maybe the site needs to highlight what is locally available product?
