“I've been using the Natrol Melatonin Gummies 10 mg since around 2021 at the suggestion of my then doctor as I'd had chronic insomnia for a number of years. Melatonin can be difficult to obtain in some States of Australia and he suggested the Vitamin Grocer (as he used this Seller). The Melatonin works well for me whereas other sleep aids either didn't work or left me feeling groggy the next morning. I take 2 x 10 mg gummies around 3-4 times per week as suggested by my then doctor. I've been purchasing the Natrol Gummies from the Vitamin Grocer since 2021. I've always had reliable service/customer service from this Seller. Shipping from USA to Australia usually takes 3-4 weeks. If you have chronic sleep issues, Melatonin may help. Would be wise to check with your doctor to discuss if this product is suitable for you, particularly if you take multiple medications or have significant health issues.🦋”
