“I believe the products to be of good quality however my only negative with my experience with the Vitamin Grocer was that the order was received by Vitamin Grocer on 25/4 and I received my order yesterday 28/5 (nearly 5 weeks). Not sure if this is a normal time frame to fill an order as I don't recall the previous order taking so long.”

“Purchasing from Vitamin Grocer is easy. They have a great selection and I can always find what I need on the site. While items are shipped quickly I have regularly experienced long delays in receiving them through the courier service, with tracking unable to provide clear updates on the location of the items. They always arrive but I have to order a long time in advance to make sure I receive them before I run out. My last order was shipped on 7 November. It is now 7 December and it has not yet arrived.”
