“I would suggest you wait until you've confirmed the customer has received their product before asking for a review. Most people are OK with some delay in receiving an item when being shipped from overseas, but it is annoying for them to get asked to leave a review if they've not even got the product yet.”

“Unfortunately, these guys use a very slow parcel service from the US to AU and after 5 weeks I still didn't have my order but they were very quick to refund my money, which I appreciated. I just think they need to switch delivery companies to protect their international buyes”

“I thought I was shopping 'local' because of the "Vitamin Grocer AUSTRALIA" name and .au website address, yet when my dispatch email came through the product was coming from the USA! Yes, this is mentioned on the website, but only if you specifically check out the 'about' or 'shipping' pages, which is a bit misleading in my opinion. So it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on my parcel which is who knows where as the tracking number stopped being accurate once it (supposedly) got to Australia (which is probably more a local post issue, but it ain't helping). There were other US sites I could've gotten a better deal with, but I went with this one thinking I was supporting local and would've arrived 2 weeks ago so not entirely happy.”
