I have highly stimulated children even after a quiet bedtime routine. I have been using these gummies for my 4 and 7 year old. I started giving my 4 year old just half since she is on the younger side. Half now works perfectly for my 4 and 7 year old. They go to sleep happily and want their gummy when I give it to them, it helps them feel sleepy and calm. It’s helpful on school nights when you need them to have a good early nights sleep. These have been a life saver for me especially with my younger daughter.
