I've been using Natrol Melatonin Advanced Advanced Sleep Maximum Strength 10 mg on the advice of my doctor. The product works well for me: I sleep through the night and don't wake up with a drowsy, "hungover" feeling as with other sleep aids. Highly recommended for those who suffer poor sleeping habits however, it's always wise to check with your doctor first.
