There aren't enough adjectives to describe the superb co-operation I experienced dealing with Vivid Care. Tentative enquiries involving Maxine were dealt with sympathetically, expertly and professionally, with no hint of pressure selling or empty promises.
Our chair was delivered on time by an engineer who brought the chair indoors and made sure we knew how to use it - his insight was awesome. Well done to an exceptional UK company - the chair shouts quality and our carers oozed envy while using it.
