“I am a OT based in Northumberland area and required joint visit with engineer to provide a four point belt to promote client's safety in existing chair. I received a excellent standard of support from both Karlyn to arrange a visit and support from John during visit. Seating needs were met for client; and joint working achieved great outcomes for both client and carers involved to promote safety in client's chair. Would recommend vivid care to all others for those with seating needs! Great service, providing advice and were responsive to all queries.”

“We have been using the electric mammography chair in our breast screening unit for over a year now. I believe we now have two chairs in the unit and it has made a significant difference in both patient comfort and workflow efficiency. The adjustable height, supportive armrests and secure footrest allows us to position patients both safely and comfortably into the mammography machine- particularly those who are elderly, have limited mobility, or prefer to sit during the procedure. The easy appliance makes it simple for staff to position the chair and assist patients throughout the examination. Working with the company has also been a positive experience resulting in us recently purchasing a second mammography chair for the department. They have been responsive, supportive and attentive to our needs from delivery through to day-to-day use. Overall, the chair has become a valuable addition to our service, improving both patient experience and staff confidence during mammography.”

“The Wheel locks on my TiLite ZRA were worn out after 14 years hard use. I contacte Vivid Care on 25th July to see if they could source replacements. Karlyn was so helpful. She understood the problem, asked me for photos of the worn out parts and was able to obtained the right parts, which U received on 18th August. Far quicker than I expected as the chair was manufacturedcin the USA. A fantastic service from Karlyn and I can't speak highly enough of her and Vivid Care.”

“Feedback from the client's wife: “The Lento care chair has truly changed our lives. Before having this chair, my husband was uncomfortable and had to keep shifting every 15 minutes because of the pain in his back and sacrum. Since using the Lento chair, he can sit comfortably for long periods thanks to the pressure-relief cushion and soft material the chair is made of. The armrests are set up perfectly for him (at different hight each), which helps his posture and stops him leaning to one side. The triple motor makes it so easy to adjust and reposition him, helping us achieve the exact position he needs without effort. For me as a carer, the chair is just as life-changing. It’s so easy to move around because of the larger wheels, which makes daily tasks much less stressful. Knowing that Adrian is comfortable and properly supported gives me peace of mind. We are both extremely grateful for this chair, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs both comfort and practicality.””
