“Excellent piece of kit. Really robust chair; no more creaking and twisting of my old 1. Solid as a rock, with electric raise I was actually able to cook with confidence again in the kitchen without having to peer over the saucepan/frying pan; I could see in it and stir with confidence, not frightened incase I knocked it off. Expensive but you get what you pay for.”

“Fantastic service from start to finnish , David did a home visit as we required a made to measure recliner chair , he was kind and empathetic, discussed in detail what we required and he gave us really good advice resulting in the perfect chair for our relative , chair delivered exactly when promised , perfect and good quality , does the job and looks great . Excellent service , can't fault it .”

“Excellent rep - came to do a wheelchair assessment which I thought would just be measuring & suggesting suitable products but actually brought a demo wheelchair with him which was perfect so we purchased it there & then (at the end of my tether waiting for healthcare services in the uk). Life is already better for my loved one as we can now take her out easily & not be a burden on her nursing home staff. It's only been one week & I can't describe how this one piece of equipment has changed things - David was relaxed, knowledgeable and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.”

“From the first contact with Karlyn in customer service in arranging an assessment through to following up with quotes and the delivery of the chair has been outstanding. Assessor, Ben was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The client for whom the chair was provided is living with a terminal illness and as such getting a suitable chair in place as quick as possible was just as important as getting the right chair. Vivid were fantastic in being able to get the chair to him after ordering in under 2 weeks, both he and his family are so pleased, and it has made an extremely difficult time for them more manageable. This was my first time using Vivid to source specialist seating, I have been so impressed and will definitely being getting in touch re more assessments in future. Thank you!”

“After some expert advice re the alignment of my husbands legs which were quite splayed, we were supplied with a new cushion which has greatly improved his posture. Absolutely delighted with the advice and prompt delivery. Jackie Edwards.”

“I used this chair in Clatterbridge Liverpool and wanted to continue my recovery with the chair in my home. The chair has wheels which I can be outside in the garden it’s easy to use very comfortable can be battery operated so no nasty wires it’s not cheap but definitely worth the extra as it can be moulded to your own sitting position”

“The Lento Neuro chair is a fantastic development and fills the gap in chair provision for many of the more complex dementia patients. It it immersive, transfer aid and hoist compatible whilst also being one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever tested out. It allows very wriggly and active patients to remain safe and secure without restriction, plus the immersion and comfort reduces much of the sensory seeking behaviours. Absolutely excellent!”

“A couple of months ago I had a total hip replacement and felt I would benefit from a rise and recline chair as part of my recovery. I contacted Vivid Care and had the pleasure of dealing with Richard Maud in purchasing and customers services who arranged for a chair to be dropped off ready for my return from hospital. He was very courteous and extremely helpful and also arranged a replacement chair in rapid time when the original developed a technical issue. The chair I received was exceptional quality and an amazing tool in aiding my rest, sleep and recouperation I couldn't have managed without it. I highly recommend this company and high praise for Richard, thank you”

“Vivid Care were instrumental in helping me choose the right chair for my husband. He is non verbal , has Parkinson’s and dementia. Consequently his involuntary movements mean he is not safe or comforting in a regular chair The technician answered all our questions about the attributes of the chair and they answered all our questions about our choice”

“To follow up on the review I left earlier, I am not in the habit of leaving reviews let alone singling people out, but I feel I must, so here goes. My first phone call was to make an enquiry, Richard answered all of my questions and made an appointment for me to visit and meet with Maxine. I dealt with Maxine throughout my purchase (a riser/recliner chair) and also with another purchase I decided to make (an adjustable electric bed). It was so nice to be made both welcome and appreciated, the help Maxine instinctively gave was most useful and practical, her product knowledge is excellent, and when she didn't have immediate answers, she found them and got them to me in no time. Both products are perfectly suited to my purpose and the delivery driver from Vivid Care, Jordan, was a most polite and pleasant young man for whom nothing was too much trouble. The delivery men from the bed company - Opera Beds - were also excellent with their delivery and installation. I have had one very small problem which was passed by Maxine to Karlyn and yet again, it was handled and resolved in no time at all. The manufacturer was contacted and the reply immediately passed to me, with no fuss at all. At no time did it feel like they were "just doing their job" - nothing was too much trouble. A big THANK YOU is barely enough. These staff, without exception are all a huge credit to Vivid Care. I only wish that this type of service were more widespread.”
