Excellent product and good service recently, when I had to purchase a replacement part (through misuse not product failure). Pleasant, helpful and efficient staff.

I recently bought a Liftup with a handle to raise the chair. I changed my mind and exchanged to a power lift. When I got the chair, the remote control did not work. It took a long time and effort, using the correct screw driver, to find that the battery was flat. When it was replaced the remote worked. I am now happy with the chair.

Your response with regard to breakdown of rise recline seating was very good and the engineer who attended was excellent. Again, when requesting information on alternate seating available through Vivid was good.

One of the reasons I wanted someone to look at my chair was the noise it is making, but this is still happening, having only had the chair just over 2 years, I feel a little unhappy with the this and anxious

Very good when engineer arrived but there were complications about time of arrival so he was later than expected so was late for my next appointment

I can only apologise for the experience with the courier company, we use them on a regular basis and generally haven’t had many issues but I understand in this situation it was very frustrating for you so I appreciate your patience with the whole situation. Equipment is only for those who have plenty of money. That said the service was very good, staff experienced and keen to meet the needs of the client.

Good afternoon Rod, and many thanks for your review! We’re pleased to hear you were pleased with our service, caring manner and knowledge – we work very hard to get the very best result for each client, so I’ll certainly pass your comments on to the team! On the pricing, we’ve had a look on our system and the chair we supplied was the Lento care chair, which is our very own care chair which we developed over a two year period. Pricing was very much in our mind during the development of the Lento, and when you compare the features of the chair (tilt in space, backrest recline, articulating legrest, adjustable dimensions and backrest etc), with other chairs the same specification, you’ll find the Lento is actually extremely cost effective compared to all other chairs on the market. Each chair is manufactured to high standards, and there is a lot that goes into each chair, with a metal welded frame and actions, wood and foam cutting, and of course the upholstery. I hope this helps to assure you that you have had a good deal – we certainly aren’t here to overcharge and we do genuinely want to ensure everyone gets value for money!
