Having made our order for a new electric wheelchair, as specified by yourselves, it took an inordinate time (4months) for the wheelchair to be delivered. The delays were down to the manufacturer, not Vivid Care. Your team managed to keep me informed about the 'progress' in the wheelchair's delivery having spent much time chasing the manufacturer. Once it had been delivered, the wheelchair has proved very satisfactory.
