I’d like to thank Vivid Care for a wonderful chair. When we first made contact, they were very supportive and helpful. We visited the showroom and again we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Maxine. The ordering was easy, the updates on delivery were great, and it was there within 5 working days. Delivery and setting up again was fabulous.

The service provided was abysmal. I was never very sure which of the Group Companies I was dealing with. Every promise made was broken. Many weeks after the chair was meant to be delivered it eventually turned up, but without the power cable.

I can see this relates to a chair that we delivered around 12 months ago and we apologise for the issues there were with delivery to your location using external fulfilment. The chair was easy to order and exactly as advertised. Delivery was on time, by a totally competent technician who taught the staff how to place my husband in the chair correctly, and how to adjust the chair's position and supports for maximum pressure relief and comfort.

The Lento Care Chair is absolutely perfect. My husband's whole demeanor relaxed as soon as he was placed in it. The fit is perfect and support great while being comfortable. He was able to sit upright to eat for the first time in months! Technician was patient and very helpful, instructing us in how to adjust everything - which is very easy!

I had been considering a Vela chair for a long time and contacted a number of local suppliers. Vivid Care were highly responsive and seemed to really want me to get something that would suit my needs and that I would like. The chair had to be ordered from Denmark (where Vela is based) but it came remarkable quickly and was delivered straight away. Vivid has been in touch since to make sure it's all going well. Very happy with the service I received, everyone was helpful and really seemed interested. Such a refreshing change from the usual poor customer service I've received at other firms. And for anyone considering a Vela chair - go for it, I've had mine around a month now and the difference it's made to my quality of life is incredible.

annual service carried out, some delays to initial appointment but eventually the service was carried out three weeks later. There was phone contact to advise us of the change to appointments so we were informed throughout the process. The engineer who carried out the service unwittingly put the headrest back on so had to be called out to remove it again. Amazingly quick response to this request and vivid care arrived one hour after the telephone call. Problem recitied within 2 minutes, and demonstration given for staff to be able to do this without the need for a call out from vivid care. There was no charge for this today.

Arranged for a technical visit 2 weeks in a row keeping our son home especially for the appointments , 2 weeks in a row was informed the day of appointment that due to 2 different technicians being off sick 2 weeks in a row . Offered to fit the part myself if posted out , sent out the wrong part . Sons chair still showing fault and will have to wait until new year now . Very poor service for a new business

Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the cancelled appointments which unfortunately were unavoidable due to the illnesses being contagious. In regards to the wrong part being supplied, we don’t normally recommend sending parts without a technician diagnosing the fault, especially on a chair which wasn’t originally supplied by us as there is scope for interpretation error but we agreed to try and help in this instance and are sorry it didn’t resolve the issue. To clarify, we are not a new business, we have been around since 1972, however we have recently taken over Permobil wheelchair support for wheelchairs supplied by Innova Care Concepts. Would have been 5 stars but purchased one castor wheel at £45 plus £20 postage. Needed it urgently so paid. On further research was able to get exact same castor for £18 posted, Absolutely excellent service otherwise but charging three times actual price is dissapointing.

Hello and thanks for your feedback! To explain, similar parts may well be available elsewhere, however we only purchase and supply parts from the factory where the product is manufactured and assembled. Whilst it can be more expensive working this way, it ensures we supply the correct part but also ensures that any warranty is not invalidated and means that any future issues can be resolved directly with the factory. I trust this gives you peace of mind and helps explain the situation. We do not seek to charge excessively or engage in exploitative pricing! Ordered new handset on Monday & paid extra £20 for next day courier delivery. Did not turn up on Tiesday. Chased it up & told it would be Wednesday , didn't turn up Wednesday, chased & told it would be Thursday when it eventually arrived so not happy having to pay fir next day delivery that took 3 days, poor service.

I was really pleased with the contact from the technician who serviced my Wheelchair. He rang me when he was on his way, so I knew when to expect him. He worked quickly and he went through all the things he had done in the service. When I asked him if he had checked the pressure in my tires, he said no, but he was more than happy to check them and correct the pressure. I was really grateful.

Having made our order for a new electric wheelchair, as specified by yourselves, it took an inordinate time (4months) for the wheelchair to be delivered. The delays were down to the manufacturer, not Vivid Care. Your team managed to keep me informed about the 'progress' in the wheelchair's delivery having spent much time chasing the manufacturer. Once it had been delivered, the wheelchair has proved very satisfactory.

Vivid care has made the process 100% from start to finish by being able to go to their premises and my wife being able to try out the electric chair before purchase we cannot thank David enough for his professionalism regarding the above and also devoting his time to call and adjust the chair etc after the sale of the chair with best regards Mark and Jill
