Your products are overpriced and not sturdy enough

Hello Brian, I've looked into this and it appears that a 2 point belt that was originally supplied free of charge from us broke on the plastic clip. You ordered a new one from us but then decided to cancel this order and buy a belt from elsewhere, hence we refunded all monies. These plastic clips are on all 2 point belts from all suppliers and are used on many different products both inside and outside of the healthcare industry (eg. on lifejackets). Unfortunately if there is substantial and sustained pressure on these clips then occasionally they can break. We have looked into alternative materials but the plastic is used to allow the clip to flex in and out of the buckle, so it's difficult to come up with a different option. After helpful discussion and advice from your team I purchased an Opera electric profiling bed. The delivery was swift, professional and friendly. The bed I find to be a high quality product and excellent for all my requirements. Very happy with your service.

We ordered a replacement cushion and leg rest motor for Connor's lento care chair which is about three years old now, it was quick an easy to get a price and delivery was quick. The man that delat with my order was polite and helpful.

Arranged our Raizer Liftup annual service easily, via email, with the Vivid Care After Sales Team. Engineer was arranged to come the following week, when he carried out the service and very helpfully provided a demo whilst he was with us.

I always get seen to straight away when I ring up(I'm Oswald's sister who sorts the chair ,) the whole company right from the rep Harry through secretaries and engerneers are always helpful and pleasant and totally understand what I's going on if patient having bit of a time and have to wait .

My husband was confined to bed and needed support sitting, it was suggested I asked Vivid Care for an assessment, this was quickly arranged and thorough and caring. I found your staff efficient and helpful at all times and the Lento Neuro chair has been beneficial to my husband, he is now able to spend a increasing amount of time out of bed and to sit comfortably. Thank you!

He came out and serviced and repaired 2 of the Razier for us also whilst here he had a look at a chair that I recently got new arms for we both noticed that the replacement arms wouldn't fit so he took photos and went back to his work place to report what he found.

The Vivid Care engineer came to set up mum’s chair and provided care home staff with a demonstration. We’ve also had a successful video call to assist with a repair. On both occasions, everyone got the support they needed and found the engineer extremely helpful. Thank you for this great service!

Highly recommend Vivid Care for all aspects of care needs. We have worked with David Jordan to provide our daughter with new equipment for her disability. Seating is high priority as is how the equipment is used. David helped us achieve everything including our daughter choosing a bespoke chair in colours she was extremely happy with. Nothing was missed and we were kept informed of delivery at every stage. Result was delivery of wheelchairs totally meeting our daughters needs! The process was very easy as vivid care are highly experienced and together with their client achieve amazing results. Will continue to return when advice or anything is needed in the future. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ review. Mum had been waiting ages for a NHS wheelchair assessment so we decided to try the few assessment Vivid Care offer. Mum ordered a chair which arrived in under 3 weeks. It will really improve her quality of life. David Jordan was amazing and so patient

I bought a Quickie Q300 M from Vivid Care in 2021. Great advice and test drives at and around my home. Since then, their wheelchair engineer (Jamie) has come to service it, firstly yearly, now when I can feel it getting loose/rattlly. He's been great.

I’d like to thank Vivid Care for a wonderful chair. When we first made contact, they were very supportive and helpful. We visited the showroom and again we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Maxine. The ordering was easy, the updates on delivery were great, and it was there within 5 working days. Delivery and setting up again was fabulous.

The service provided was abysmal. I was never very sure which of the Group Companies I was dealing with. Every promise made was broken. Many weeks after the chair was meant to be delivered it eventually turned up, but without the power cable.

The chair was easy to order and exactly as advertised. Delivery was on time, by a totally competent technician who taught the staff how to place my husband in the chair correctly, and how to adjust the chair's position and supports for maximum pressure relief and comfort.
