Our new wheelchair was delivered a week ago and so far we are very pleased - it has certainly been a very personal service and produced a personalised electric wheelchair for my husband - thank you David at Vivid Care. We know you are there if we need you and we will be in touch to let you know if anything does need attention!

I'm a moving and handling trainer and we use the Raiser Chair within our bedded units and out in the community. The Raiser Chair has to be one of the best pieces of equipment I train with. Maxine has been so helpful.

Following a poor attempt to purchase a chair from another company I was put on the right track of which to buy by the lovely lady in the office .(Maxine) . She really was helpful and listened to our needs and advised accordingly . I was going to buy completely the wrong thing so it was amazing to find someone who was prepared to go over and above in her role . Many thank Maxine for your help . Dad is very comfortable now. My wife has early onset dementure and slips off the sofa a lot- 2-5 times a day. i was lifting her but it was getting harder. I searched and talked to many folk, their recommendations would not suit, mostly because my wife has no understanding of what is required and is very frightened of slings etc. Eventually i spotted the raizer2 chair which looked ideal but because of cost i hesitated and kept looking. I phoned the makers and soon Maxine of Vivid care contacted me and very kindly sent a Raizer2 chair to me to try-- It is Fantastic, the first time i lifted my wife, she giggled!! I use it at least twice and sometimes 5 times a day, i feel fine and my wife's shoulders are much more pain free (one shoulder had been bothering her a lot) I am so grateful that i could try the chair first as it is expensive-but worth it. I would be happy to talk to anyone who is thinking about it. For a patient with dementure, i cant find anything better. Thank you Maxine and Vivid Care.

Hello, and thank you for leaving us a review. Having looked into this, we do feel that this 2-star review isn’t a fair representation of your experience as we feel we have supported you and have been transparent right from the beginning. When we first assessed for this electric wheelchair, we strongly advised that the product you wanted to go for wouldn't meet your needs due to it not being not being designed for that type of use. I had concerns about the size of the wheels, motor, batteries, and its constant use each day. I also detailed this in writing in an email, but you requested to go ahead with this option rather than with the product we recommended. Since receiving the powered wheelchair, you have had issues related to my points above. As a gesture of goodwill, we have provided free of charge call outs from our engineers to try and help you diagnose these issues for you, which ultimately falls to the product not being sufficient for your needs. I appreciate your ideal solution may be for us to swap of the chair you currently have to the one I initially suggested, but I’m sure you can appreciate this isn’t possible over 6 months down the line as your current chair will have very little resell value due to the use it has had over the time. As a 3rd party funded the chair for you, we have reverted for their comments and they have advised us the chair is suitable for the indoor use they purchased it for, anything above and beyond this would have to be your responsibility. I trust this clarifies the situation and I'm sorry there isn't a straightforward solution in this instance, given the situation as stated above. Kind regards, David

Maxine is smart tenacious and very helpful. We were in the market for a Raizer II but was the reason you got our order. Fast and relevant response god solid hard work. Well done her. In addition you have proven to deliver what you promise so well done you all πŸ‘ βœ”οΈ πŸ‘

Bought a Raizer II. Excellent piece of kit. Received e mail of helpful hints from Vivid Care. Very helpful service and prompt responses to questions. Delivered on time. Would definitely use again.

I am delighted with vividcare, Amber and others, after sales help. We are currently looking at a possible fault with the belt, which seems to inflate too easily.(which gets expensive) I am sure vividcare will sort the problem for me

So disappointed with both the product and the service from this company. After excessive delays, product arrived damaged and non-functional for intended use in a hospital. Failed infection control and H&S standards - quality control prior to shipping appeared non-existent. Email exchanges with the company unsatisfactory and patronising. AVOID!!

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry for the issues you have experienced and would like to apologise as this is far below the level of service we strive to achieve. To address some of the specific points raised, unfortunately the delay on initial delivery was due to this being a new product that had been developed and there was a shortage on some of the parts. Upon receiving the chair we completed quality control with one of our trained engineers, and due to the location elected to send via pallet to ensure onward delivery was as quick as possible. Unfortunately in this stage the pallet company transferred this to another pallet for onward delivery to yourselves causing the damage that has been reported. We have escalated with the courier company and reviewed our policies in delivering to this area for the future. Again apologies we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion.

There aren't enough adjectives to describe the superb co-operation I experienced dealing with Vivid Care. Tentative enquiries involving Maxine were dealt with sympathetically, expertly and professionally, with no hint of pressure selling or empty promises. Our chair was delivered on time by an engineer who brought the chair indoors and made sure we knew how to use it - his insight was awesome. Well done to an exceptional UK company - the chair shouts quality and our carers oozed envy while using it.

I recently bought a Liftup with a handle to raise the chair. I changed my mind and exchanged to a power lift. When I got the chair, the remote control did not work. It took a long time and effort, using the correct screw driver, to find that the battery was flat. When it was replaced the remote worked. I am now happy with the chair.
