“Vivid care has made the process 100% from start to finish by being able to go to their premises and my wife being able to try out the electric chair before purchase we cannot thank David enough for his professionalism regarding the above and also devoting his time to call and adjust the chair etc after the sale of the chair with best regards Mark and Jill”

“I contacted Vivid Care to order a new part for my daughter's bed. Although the part took three months to arrive due to a manufacturing delay, Vivid Care did all they could to get it to me as soon as possible. I received it from them the next day after they received it from Germany. Throughout they kept me informed and were very supportive. In particular Nicola West was very helpful.”

“As I said on the last review I can not thank everyone right from the office and the rep Harry Seville for their emencebhelp.ptogfrdionalidm care and compassion Once we had received a gift to pay for the chair it was even more amazing the way the transaction and delivery went through with such efficiency and help for me as I'm not that good with tech knowledge and once again Harry delivered the chair and with his care and professionalism made sure Oswald was sat comfortable and we knew everything we needed to know about the chair and at any time we can ask for help. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who asks about chairs so think you”

“The care and compassion and help given right from even my first email to the company .Everyone I made contact with in the office were so helpful and had empathy The quickness of the assesment appointment which was carried out by Harry Seville and his professionalism care and knowledge his raptor with Oswald my brother was amazing he treat him as the human being he is. And very understanding of the position we as s family were in.Again the help and advise he give us was above and beyond. And when after getting no further with our services here and it looked as if the chair the had given him was totally unsuitable and going to be repaired we were given a Gift from friends to buy the chair and although we expected a week for delivery it was there within two days no problems at all and Harry was there to adjust and advise and we know we can contact at any time for help We would never hesitate to recommend Vivid vote the company is marvelous and the people are stars as far as we are concerned we can't say thank you enough .Oswald keeps asking can he go back in it he is so comfortable and he is certainly in the correct position for his body .Thank you”

“Really good service from Vivid Care who kindly allowed a demonstration of a Raizer II chair for one of our patients. Maxine arranged for the item to be sent directly to the Patient's address and a demonstration was carried out via MS teams which was really useful for both the patient and staff members for the demonstration and questions to be answered.”

“Customer care was second to none, Harry talked us through it all, and advised what he thought would be the best for us, delivery was super fast, after purchase we decided we needed the horse shoe cushion, all it took was a phone call and it was in the post the same day. Brilliant service, would recommend to anybody needed a care chair.”

“I bought the Raizer 2 early 2023. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the person I spoke to. Unfortunately I have had to use the device on quite a few occasions. It's a wonderful piece of kit that does the lifting with relative ease for me. I recently had the device serviced. This was completed quickly by a very pleasant young man who also gave me some useful information,”

“Our new wheelchair was delivered a week ago and so far we are very pleased - it has certainly been a very personal service and produced a personalised electric wheelchair for my husband - thank you David at Vivid Care. We know you are there if we need you and we will be in touch to let you know if anything does need attention!”

“I'm a moving and handling trainer and we use the Raiser Chair within our bedded units and out in the community. The Raiser Chair has to be one of the best pieces of equipment I train with. Maxine has been so helpful.”
