I contacted Vivid Care to order a new part for my daughter's bed. Although the part took three months to arrive due to a manufacturing delay, Vivid Care did all they could to get it to me as soon as possible. I received it from them the next day after they received it from Germany. Throughout they kept me informed and were very supportive. In particular Nicola West was very helpful.
