I bought the Raizer 2 early 2023. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the person I spoke to. Unfortunately I have had to use the device on quite a few occasions. It's a wonderful piece of kit that does the lifting with relative ease for me.
I recently had the device serviced. This was completed quickly by a very pleasant young man who also gave me some useful information,
