I was really pleased with the contact from the technician who serviced my Wheelchair. He rang me when he was on his way, so I knew when to expect him.
He worked quickly and he went through all the things he had done in the service. When I asked him if he had checked the pressure in my tires, he said no, but he was more than happy to check them and correct the pressure. I was really grateful.
