Arranged for a technical visit 2 weeks in a row keeping our son home especially for the appointments , 2 weeks in a row was informed the day of appointment that due to 2 different technicians being off sick 2 weeks in a row .
Offered to fit the part myself if posted out , sent out the wrong part . Sons chair still showing fault and will have to wait until new year now .
