My wife has early onset dementure and slips off the sofa a lot- 2-5 times a day. i was lifting her but it was getting harder. I searched and talked to many folk, their recommendations would not suit, mostly because my wife has no understanding of what is required and is very frightened of slings etc. Eventually i spotted the raizer2 chair which looked ideal but because of cost i hesitated and kept looking. I phoned the makers and soon Maxine of Vivid care contacted me and very kindly sent a Raizer2 chair to me to try-- It is Fantastic, the first time i lifted my wife, she giggled!! I use it at least twice and sometimes 5 times a day, i feel fine and my wife's shoulders are much more pain free (one shoulder had been bothering her a lot) I am so grateful that i could try the chair first as it is expensive-but worth it. I would be happy to talk to anyone who is thinking about it. For a patient with dementure, i cant find anything better. Thank you Maxine and Vivid Care.
