Following a poor attempt to purchase a chair from another company I was put on the right track of which to buy by the lovely lady in the office .(Maxine) . She really was helpful and listened to our needs and advised accordingly . I was going to buy completely the wrong thing so it was amazing to find someone who was prepared to go over and above in her role . Many thank Maxine for your help . Dad is very comfortable now.
