The Wheel locks on my TiLite ZRA were worn out after 14 years hard use. I contacte Vivid Care on 25th July to see if they could source replacements. Karlyn was so helpful. She understood the problem, asked me for photos of the worn out parts and was able to obtained the right parts, which U received on 18th August. Far quicker than I expected as the chair was manufacturedcin the USA.
A fantastic service from Karlyn and I can't speak highly enough of her and Vivid Care.
