First class excellent service. From our first visit we were made to feel welcome and valued. Products were demonstrated and discussed. David was very knowledgeable and spent time with us to make sure we got the right product and helped us make our decision without any pressure. David went out of his way to ensure we received the E Fix wheelchair before we went away on our holiday, despite a very tight deadline. We were kept informed of the order progress regularly due solely to David’s hard work the wheelchair arrived in plenty of time for our holiday. On collection we were given a full demonstration and are delighted with everything about the chair.
