Their surf ponchos are excellent quality and their service is second to none. We ordered 3 ponchos ahead of a beach holiday, which all arrived promptly. Unfortunately we needed to return one (the colour didn’t do anything for me!) so we contacted Customer Services who arranged for an alternative to be despatched the same day. They even honoured the discount that we had enjoyed on the original purchase. Friendly, competent, caring service - what’s not to love? :-)
