Very good quality poncho robe, which has a luxury feel to it.
My husband was delighted with his gift and can't wait to get on the beach with it!
There was a little problem with the item upon delivery and I thought, Oh great, here we go again, trying to deal with Customer Service, etc. However, I am pleased to report that the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I always judge a company on how it deals with its customers and sorts out any problems and on this experience, I would definitely recommend Vivida.
