The quality of the swim robe was great but you got the sizing very wrong, for larger robes you need to increase the arm length significantly and proportionally. For a robe, oversized arm length is more important that too short, especially as this would make it warmer. My experience of the returns process is very poor, I returned the robe (due to the short arms) the day after it was delivered, but 10 days later and I'm still waiting for my refund, this has prevented me ordering another robe as I need my money back. Any reasonable clothing company should be able to turn around returns quickly, so I'd recommend you partner with a larger clothing delivery or warehousing company so you can resolve your process bottlenecks.
