I liked the look of this coat/changing robe. I took a lot of time to decide.
I was excited to receive. Arrived within 5 days.
I was disappointed. The quality was not as I would expect. So I started a returns process. That went smoothly. Coat returned.
Refund took 28 days to reach my account. In this day and age this is truly shocking. If it hadn't have been for this I wouldn't have left a review at all.
