I love a barefoot ethos.
This lot used to have it but they've gone very corporate.
Their returns procedures are not straightforward - indeed it almost seems deliberately so.
They use a company / service called ReBound returns. Quick search for reviews for ReBound show that Vivo don't give a sh*t about their customers.
